Darnethia Morgan

Darnethia Morgan is a licensed and board-certified Behavior Analyst and the owner of ABA Effects, bringing extensive educational, clinical, and professional experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mississippi University for Women (MUW) and went on to receive her Master of Education degree. To further specialize in her field, Darnethia completed her Applied Behavior Analysis certification coursework through the Florida Institute of Technology.

Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience working with children in a variety of settings, including a Head Start program, a local autism treatment clinic, Hardwood School, Angel’s Program, sibling workshops at the UT Boling Center for Developmental Disabilities, and local school districts across Shelby, Fayette, and Marshall Counties.

For more than a decade, Darnethia has been a strong advocate for children with disabilities and their families. She played a leadership role in organizing the inaugural Autism Speaks Walk in Memphis, TN, and continues to champion awareness and resources for the autism community.

Her passion for this work is deeply personal, inspired by her own journey as a parent to a son diagnosed with Autism and ADHD. Guided by both professional expertise and lived experience, her mission is to empower children and families to thrive.

Darnethia’s ultimate goal is to leave a lasting legacy—one that reflects her commitment to helping children reach their fullest potential and supporting families long after her work is done.
